This policy explains what information StrixLink collects through strixlink.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
Enquiry forms. When you submit an enquiry or site-survey request we collect the name, WhatsApp number, email address and requirement details you enter. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and to quote for supply or installation.
WhatsApp enquiries. When you tap a WhatsApp button on this website, your device opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message that includes the product name, model number, quantity and the page address. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. Once you message us, the conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms as well as this policy.
Usage measurement. We record anonymous interaction events such as WhatsApp button clicks, phone-link clicks and datasheet downloads so we can understand which products people are interested in. These events do not contain your name or number.
Technical data. Our host records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and performance purposes.
Cookies
This site sets a small number of functional cookies and browser storage entries: one to remember that you dismissed the announcement bar, and those set by WooCommerce for catalogue browsing. If web analytics is enabled, the analytics provider may also set measurement cookies. We do not use cookies for advertising retargeting.
How we use your information

Sharing
