What We Install
Cat6 horizontal cabling
Data outlets to desks, counters, tills, printers and wall-mounted devices, terminated on keystone outlets and patch panels rather than crimped connectors dangling out of a wall.
Fibre backbones
Single-mode and multimode links between buildings, floors and distribution points, terminated and tested, for runs where copper simply cannot reach.
Racks, patch panels and dressing
Wall-mount and floor-standing racks, patch panels, cable managers, shelves and power strips, dressed so ports are accessible and airflow is not blocked.
WiFi access point cabling
Ceiling and wall drops positioned for coverage rather than convenience, with PoE from the switch so no local power is needed at each AP.
Camera and device runs
IP cameras, access control readers, attendance devices and IP phones all ride the same structured system when it is planned as one, which removes duplicate cable pulls.
Containment and routing
Trunking, conduit, cable tray and ladder in factories and plant rooms, with data kept clear of power runs to avoid interference.
Testing and certification
Every link tested for continuity, pairing and length, with a results record handed over.
As-built documentation
A port-to-outlet map and a labelled rack photo, so the next person to work on the system does not start by pulling cables to see what moves.
How a Cabling Project Runs
1. Requirement and point count
How many desks, how many WiFi points, how many cameras and readers, where the servers live, and what you expect to add in the next few years. We plan spare capacity deliberately.
2. Survey and route planning
We walk the building, identify riser and ceiling routes, locate the main rack and any floor distribution points, and measure the longest runs before quoting.
3. Design and quotation
A point schedule, cable and containment quantities, rack layout and switch port count, itemised. Contact for Price per line, in PKR, against current stock.
4. First fix
Containment, conduit and cable pulled to each position. On new construction this happens before plaster and ceiling work — the point where the whole job gets cheaper.
5. Second fix and termination
Outlets and patch panels terminated, rack built and dressed, switches mounted and patched, everything labelled at both ends.
6. Test and handover
Every link tested and recorded, faults corrected, and the port map handed over with the rack documentation.
Choosing the Right Cable
The right answer is usually decided by distance and environment, not by preference.

The 100 Metre Rule and Why It Bites in Lahore
Ethernet over copper is limited to about 100 metres for the whole channel — cable in the wall plus the patch leads at both ends. That sounds generous until you measure a real Lahore site.
On a two kanal house or a large DHA plot, the run from the front gate to the recorder position frequently approaches that limit once you account for going up a wall, along a roof, down a riser and across a room. In factories and warehouses, a single boundary run can exceed it before you reach the first corner. In an older Model Town bungalow with deep lawns and a separate annexe, the same problem appears in a different shape.
The fix is a distribution point — a small secondary cabinet with a PoE switch, fed by fibre or by a short uplink — rather than a longer copper run that will half-work for years. We plan those distribution points at survey, because retrofitting one after the ceilings are closed costs several times more than allowing for it on paper.
Where PoE is carrying the device load as well as data, switch capacity and port budget matter too. That is sized against the actual camera and access point count, not assumed.
What Separates Structured Cabling from Just Pulling Wire
- Labelling at both ends — Outlet, patch panel port and rack position all carry the same identifier. Fault finding becomes a two-minute job instead of an afternoon.
- Terminated on panels, not loose — Cables land on patch panels and keystone outlets. Loose crimped plugs at both ends is how sites end up with links that fail intermittently for years.
- Bend radius and tension respected — Cat6 that has been kinked, over-tightened with ties or dragged around a sharp edge will pass a basic continuity check and still underperform at gigabit.
- Data kept away from power — Parallel runs alongside mains cable are separated or crossed at right angles, which matters more in factories with heavy motor load.
- Spare capacity designed in — Spare outlets and spare cores in the backbone, plus draw string in buried conduit. Adding a point later then costs a patch lead, not a wall.
- Documentation handed over — A port map, a rack photo and the test record. If we ever stop being your contractor, the next one can pick it up cleanly.
New Construction, Retrofit and Factory Environments
On a new building the whole job is decided at grey structure. Conduit laid before plaster, with pull strings and correctly sized boxes, turns cabling into a straightforward second-fix exercise. We coordinate with the electrical contractor at that stage and mark the routes on the drawing.
Retrofitting a finished building in Gulberg or Johar Town — typically a converted house now operating as an office, clinic or academy — is a different exercise. Surface trunking, ceiling voids and riser routes replace chasing, and the design has to account for the partitioning that will exist after the fit-out, not the open floor you see at survey.
Industrial sites bring their own constraints: long distances, dust, vibration, and electrical noise from motors and generator changeover. There the answer is armoured or conduit-protected runs, fibre between blocks, distribution cabinets at sensible intervals, and containment that survives being knocked by a forklift.
Power quality matters throughout. Voltage fluctuation is a real failure mode in Lahore, so switches and distribution cabinets belong on protected supply with surge protection on any run that goes outdoors or between buildings.

Frequently asked questions
Do you do cabling only, without supplying the network equipment?
Yes. We are happy to deliver cabling, containment, racks and testing as a standalone scope while your own IT team supplies the switches and routers. We can also supply the switching if you prefer a single point of responsibility.
Cat6 or fibre — which do I need?
Distance decides it. Inside a building, Cat6 covers everything within about 100 metres of the rack. Between buildings, across a large campus or beyond that limit, fibre is the correct answer rather than a workaround. Many sites use both: fibre for the backbone, copper to the outlets.
Can the same cabling carry CCTV, WiFi and access control?
Yes, and it should. One structured system with enough capacity serves data outlets, IP cameras, access readers and access points, all powered over PoE where suitable. Pulling separate cable for each system costs more and leaves the building harder to maintain.
How disruptive is cabling an occupied office?
Less than most people expect if it is planned. We work zone by zone, do noisy drilling outside working hours where the building allows it, and keep existing links live until the new ones are tested. The schedule is agreed before we start.
Do you provide test results after installation?
Yes, every link is tested and the results are handed over with the port map.
We are still at grey structure. When should cabling start?
Before plaster. Conduit, back boxes and pull strings installed at that stage cost a fraction of retrofitting later and give a far cleaner result. Get us in alongside your electrical contractor so the routes are agreed on the same drawing.
