These terms apply to your use of strixlink.com and to enquiries made through it.

This website is a catalogue, not a checkout

Products shown on this website are presented for information and enquiry. Adding to cart and online payment are not enabled. An order exists only once StrixLink has confirmed it with you directly, in writing or on WhatsApp, including the final price, the specification supplied and any installation scope.

Prices

Where a price is not shown, the product is marked “Contact for Price” and the current price is confirmed on enquiry. Prices in Pakistan for imported security equipment move with exchange rates and stock, so any price quoted is valid only for the period stated in that quotation. Installation is quoted separately from equipment, because it depends on the number of cameras, cable runs, mounting conditions and power arrangements at your site.

Specifications

Technical specifications, feature lists and datasheets published on this website are supplied by the manufacturer, Pollo Security. StrixLink reproduces them in good faith as an authorised reseller. Manufacturers revise specifications without notice. Where a specific figure is critical to your decision — night-view range, channel count, storage capacity, power requirement — please confirm it with us against the current datasheet before ordering.

Stock and availability

Stock changes daily and the website does not display live stock levels. Please confirm availability on WhatsApp before travelling to collect an item.

Installation work

Where StrixLink carries out installation, the agreed scope, timeline and charges are set out in the quotation for that job. Work that is discovered on site and falls outside the agreed scope — additional cabling routes, civil work, power provisioning, or society permissions — is quoted separately before it is carried out.

Warranty

Equipment supplied by StrixLink carries the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty term and the claim procedure for your specific model are confirmed at the time of sale. Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect power supply, lightning or surge events, water ingress on units not rated for the location in which they were fitted, physical damage, or tampering by third parties.

What CCTV can and cannot do

A CCTV system records and deters. No camera system prevents crime by itself, and no installer can guarantee that an incident will not occur or that recorded footage will identify a specific individual in every lighting condition. We will advise honestly on what a given specification will and will not achieve at your site.

Lawful use

You are responsible for using any system supplied by StrixLink lawfully, including respecting the privacy of neighbours and members of the public, and for any signage or notification obligations that apply to your premises.

Intellectual property

Original text, page design and photography produced by StrixLink belong to StrixLink. Product images, datasheets and manufacturer specifications remain the property of Pollo Security and are reproduced under our reseller authorisation.
