StrixLink Services
Security and Low-Current Systems, Installed Properly
Cameras, recorders, cabling, access control, fire alarms and smart home hardware for houses, offices, shops, factories and campuses across Lahore.
Every job is quoted after we understand the site.
One Team for the Whole Low-Current Side
Most buildings end up with three or four different contractors pulling cable through the same wall — one for cameras, one for the network, one for the attendance machine, and someone else for the alarm. The result is usually a loose bundle behind a door, no labels, and nobody to call when it stops working.
StrixLink handles all of it as one scope. We supply the hardware, run the cabling, mount and configure the devices, and stay on the phone afterwards. StrixLink is an authorised reseller of Pollo Security, and we also service and extend systems from other brands that are already on site.
Work is quoted from a site survey rather than from a phone estimate, because the honest cost of a job in Lahore is decided by cable routes, wall condition and power arrangement — not by the camera count alone.
What We Install and Maintain
Six service lines, all delivered by the same team, so responsibility never gets split between vendors.
CCTV Installation
Survey, camera placement, conduit and cabling, recorder setup, mobile viewing and a proper handover. Homes, shops, offices, factories, warehouses, schools and apartment buildings across Lahore.
CCTV Repair and Maintenance
Cameras offline, no display, a DVR that has quietly stopped recording, a mobile app that will not connect. We service Pollo Security equipment, including Pollo systems that somebody else installed.
Structured Network Cabling
Cat6 and fibre backbones, racks, patch panels, labelling and testing for offices, factories and campuses, so the network is documented instead of guessed at.
Access Control
Card, fingerprint and face readers with electric locks, exit buttons and door sensors, configured for the doors you actually want restricted.
Fire Alarm Systems
Conventional and addressable panels, smoke and heat detectors, manual call points and sounders, installed, zoned and tested.
Home Automation
Smart switches, video door phones, smart locks and app control, planned so the wall switch still works when the phone is out of reach.
How a StrixLink Job Runs
The same sequence whether it is four cameras in a shop or a full factory system.
1. Tell us the site
Send the property type and size on WhatsApp — for example, a 10 marla house, a two-floor plaza unit, or a godown with three loading bays. Photos of the frontage and the existing cabling help a lot.
2. Site survey
We visit, walk the boundary, check where the recorder and router can sit, look at the DB and backup arrangement, and mark the camera or device positions with you.
3. Written quotation
You get an itemised scope: model codes, quantities, cable type and length, accessories and labour. Contact for Price applies to every line — we quote in PKR against your actual site, not a website figure.
4. Installation
Cable routes agreed before drilling, conduit or casing where it is visible, junction boxes glanded properly, and the site cleaned up at the end of each day.
5. Configuration and handover
Recording schedule, storage retention, user accounts and mobile viewing set up on your phones, then a walkthrough covering playback, clip export and what to check before calling us.
6. Support
Call or WhatsApp when something changes — a new router, a shifted wall, an extra camera. Many faults are solved without a visit once you send us a photo of the screen.
What Is Included in Every Scope
- A written scope before work starts — Quantities, model codes and cable lengths in writing, so there is no argument about what was agreed.
- Tidy, labelled cabling — Casing or conduit on visible runs, cables labelled at both ends, and a rack or backboard that the next technician can read.
- Power and backup checked — We confirm whether the recorder, switch and router sit on the backed-up circuit, because footage of the load shedding window is exactly what gets asked for later.
- Privacy-respectful aiming — Cameras aimed at your own property, with privacy masking applied where a view unavoidably clips a neighbour’s courtyard or a family area.
- Proper invoicing — Company invoices for businesses that need documentation for their accounts. Tell us your billing requirement before we raise the quotation.
Where We Work
Lahore is our home market and where we install directly — DHA and its phases, Gulberg, Johar Town, Model Town, Wapda Town, Valencia Town, Bahria Town, Lahore Cantt and Askari, and the industrial belts at Kot Lakhpat, Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate and Sundar.
Outside Lahore we supply and deliver across Pakistan, including Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Sialkot and Peshawar. Installation outside Lahore is arranged case by case depending on the size of the job — message us with the city and scope and we will tell you honestly what we can commit to.
Why Everything Is Contact for Price
Camera and recorder pricing in Pakistan moves with the dollar rate, freight and stock position, and a published figure is out of date within weeks. Publishing an old number would only mean re-quoting you later, which helps nobody.
Instead, send us the model code or the camera count on WhatsApp and you will get a live price with current stock. For a full system, a short survey gives you an accurate total including cable, accessories and labour rather than a hardware-only figure that grows on installation day.
Tell Us What You Need Covered
Send the property type and camera or door count on WhatsApp and we will come back with a scope and a price.
Frequently asked questions
Do you charge for a site survey in Lahore?
For addresses inside Lahore the survey is free and carries no obligation. We walk the site, mark positions and give you a written quotation. Survey arrangements outside Lahore depend on distance and job size — message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm before travelling.
Can you work with hardware I have already bought?
Yes. We install and configure customer-supplied cameras, recorders and locks. The workmanship is ours to stand behind, but the hardware warranty stays with whoever sold it to you, and we will tell you at survey if a device is not suitable for the position you want it in.
Will you service a system that another company installed?
Yes, that is a large part of our repair work. Bring us the fault and we will diagnose it, whether or not we supplied the equipment. If the existing recorder passwords are lost, we will explain the reset route and what it costs you in terms of stored footage.
How long does a typical job take?
A small shop or a five to six camera house is usually a single day. A kanal house with a rack and a PoE switch is commonly one to two days. Factories, schools and multi-floor buildings are phased, and the schedule is confirmed in the quotation.
Do you provide company invoices and quotations on letterhead?
Yes. Tell us your billing name and any tax documentation you require at the quotation stage, and email info@strixlink.com so the paperwork trail is clean from the start.
Which brands do you supply?
StrixLink is an authorised reseller of Pollo Security and we build most new systems around that range. We also stock cables, switches, locks and accessories, and we maintain mixed-brand systems that are already installed.
Can one visit cover cameras, cabling and access control together?
That is usually the cheapest way to do it. Cable pulled once for several systems saves both labour and wall damage, especially in a house that is already plastered. Mention every system you are considering at survey, even the ones you plan to add later.
