About the 4 Megapixel 4x Mini PTZ Camera

Not every site needs a long-range PTZ, and this mini unit is the honest small-area option. It pans and tilts behind a 2.8–12 mm lens with 4× optical zoom, so one camera can cover a compound or a shop floor and still push in on a face at close range. Night view is rated to 50 m with full-colour night vision, and a built-in microphone and speaker support two-way talk. AI human and vehicle classification cuts pointless alerts. Keep expectations realistic: 4× is a room-and-compound zoom, not a perimeter zoom. We supply and install it across Lahore.

Is this enough for my boundary wall?

Probably not, if the wall is long. Night view is rated to 50 m and the zoom is 4×, which suits a compound, a yard or an interior rather than a few hundred metres of dark perimeter. For a long boundary the 33×, 40× and 45× PTZ models are the right family to look at.

How does the two-way talk actually work in practice?

The camera carries a built-in microphone and speaker and supports bi-directional audio. Whether you can speak through it from your phone depends on the recorder or software you pair it with, since the audio path runs through that system. We set this up and test it during installation so you know exactly what to expect.

Why choose a mini PTZ over a fixed dome?

A fixed dome watches one direction permanently. This one moves, so a single unit can follow activity across a small site and zoom in when something needs a closer look. The trade-off is that while it looks one way it is not watching the other, which is why we usually pair a PTZ with one or two fixed cameras.
