Will it hold colour with only one tube light on at the counter?

In most shops, yes — 0.0005 lux is a very low threshold and a single tube light sits far above it. What changes the result is where that light is placed: a lamp behind the subject throws them into silhouette. Aim the camera so the light falls on faces rather than into the lens.

Does it need a PoE switch?

The listed supply is PoE to IEEE802.3af, so it draws power from a PoE switch, a PoE-capable NVR or an injector. There is no separate DC input listed for this model, which is worth knowing if you are replacing cameras on an old 12V harness.

How is this different from the Night Fighter bullet?
