The PLC 332P AU DL3 PM is a Full HD analog dome with dual-light night vision: infrared for a discreet monochrome view and white light where a colour image is wanted, with automatic switching to night mode. It runs on the coax already installed in most older Lahore buildings, outputs AHD, TVI, CVI or CVBS, and carries a built-in microphone, so an ageing DVR system can be upgraded without a rewire. Digital wide dynamic range and backlight compensation help at a bright doorway. The point to check first is the DVR, which must accept the video standard you set and support audio for the microphone.

Frequently asked questions

Will it work with the DVR I already have?

The camera outputs AHD, TVI, CVI or CVBS, and most HD analog DVRs accept at least one of these at Full HD. A very old CVBS-only DVR will still show a picture, but at standard definition rather than 1920 × 1080. Send us the DVR model on WhatsApp and we will confirm before you buy.

What is dual-light and when does the white light come on?

The camera has two illuminators, infrared and white light, and lists smart automatic switching to night view mode. Infrared keeps the camera discreet with a monochrome picture, while white light produces a colour image at night. The behaviour is configured through the OSD menu at commissioning.

Does the microphone record by itself?

The microphone is built into the camera, but the audio has to be supported and enabled on that channel of your DVR for it to be stored. It is also worth telling staff and visitors that sound is being recorded on the premises, since audio recording carries different expectations from video. We can check your DVR's audio support before you order.

How far does the night view reach on this model?
