IK10 describes the housing's resistance to physical impact, which is why it is chosen for cameras within arm's reach. It says nothing about the cable, the junction box or the mounting bracket, so those still need to be run in conduit and secured properly during installation.

Two differences matter. This one adds the IK10 housing, and its minimum colour illumination is 0.02 lux against 0.007 lux on the standard AU model, so the plain dome is the more light-sensitive of the two. Choose on the basis of whether the camera is reachable.
