About the 55-inch FHD LED-DID Splicing Video Wall 0.88mm Bezel
Seam width is the whole argument in a splicing wall, and this 55-inch a-Si TFT-LCD panel is built for the tightest joins in the range, with the feature data quoting a bezel of 0.44mm or less. Resolution is Full HD at 1920 x 1080, brightness is 500 cd/m2, viewing angle is 178 degrees both ways, and panel life is rated beyond 60,000 hours. It accepts 4K as well as HD and SD signals, rotates 90, 180 or 270 degrees, and cascades over RS-232 for large arrays. The trade-off is precision: a near-seamless wall only looks seamless on a properly aligned mounting structure.
Key benefits
- A bezel quoted at 0.44mm or less means joins barely interrupt a full-wall image.
- Gamma, OGC, OCC and uniformity correction help keep colour consistent across every panel.
- Rated beyond 60,000 hours, with thermal and brightness control for long running periods.
- Accepts 4K as well as HD and SD through HDMI, DP, DVI and VGA.
- Signal rotation at 90, 180 or 270 degrees allows portrait wall layouts.
- Draws under 200W per panel, which matters when a wall runs all day.
Where it works well
- Control room wall for a large Lahore housing society
- Traffic and fleet monitoring room for a logistics company
- Lobby display wall in a corporate head office
- Command centre for a manufacturing plant in Sundar
- Bank regional monitoring room combining camera and dashboard feeds

Frequently asked questions
The title says 0.88mm but the specification says 0.44mm. Which is right?
The 0.44mm figure describes the bezel on the edge of a single panel. Where two panels meet, two of those edges sit side by side, which is where the 0.88mm figure comes from. Tell us which measurement your design brief is written against and we will confirm it against the datasheet before you order.
Can these be hung on ordinary wall brackets?
Not sensibly. A splicing wall needs a rigid frame that allows each panel to be adjusted independently in three axes, because a millimetre of tilt on one screen is visible across the whole array. Budget for the mounting structure as a real line item, not an afterthought.
Will it show one large image across all the panels?
The panel supports multi-screen splicing and matrix joint control, with RS-232 cascade over RJ45 for larger arrays. A source that can actually output the split image is still required, whether that is a wall controller or a decoder. We size that part around how many panels and inputs you need.
Is it suitable for an outdoor or semi-open location?
The 500 cd/m2 brightness figure is specified for indoor viewing, and this is an indoor industrial panel. In a Lahore summer, direct sun and open heat are not conditions it is built for. Keep it in a conditioned room and it has thermal and brightness control to hold performance steady.
