About the Touch Screen PTZ Controller Keyboard

Running Android on a 10.1 inch IPS capacitive touch screen at 1280 x 800, the PLC PTC K23 PM combines a control keyboard with an on-desk interface. It keeps the 4D joystick, knob and buttons for PTZ work, adds HDMI output up to 4K at 30fps, and decodes H.265, up to one channel of 4K at 30fps in PTZ mode or one channel of 1080p in platform mode. ONVIF 2.4 compatibility and support for up to 1024 devices suit larger camera estates. Note the single-channel decoding limit: this is a confidence view beside your controls, not a multi-camera display.

How many camera streams can it decode at once?

One. In PTZ mode that channel can be H.265 at 4K 30fps, and in platform mode it is one channel of 1080p at 30fps. Treat the screen as a confidence view for the camera you are steering, and use a decoder or video wall controller when you need several feeds side by side.

Does it work with cameras from other brands?

It supports ONVIF 2.4, which generally allows third-party cameras to be added. Feature depth varies between manufacturers, and advanced functions are usually fuller within one ecosystem. Share your camera list on WhatsApp and we will look at it before you order.

What connections does it have?

RJ45 for network, RS485 and RS232 for serial control, HDMI for an external display, USB 2.0, and a 3.5mm audio jack. Power is DC 12V at 2A through a 5.5/2.1 connector. Firmware upgrades and factory reset can be done from a USB flash disk.

Is it worth the step up from the button-based keyboard?
