About the FaceSlim - Face & Fingerprint Biometric Device
FaceSlim answers a narrow question: how do you add face recognition without giving up wall space. The unit stays compact around a 2.4-inch touch colour LCD, yet still carries dual relays, Wiegand input and output, door control and alarm support, so it can run a door rather than only log attendance. Capacity is where that shape shows, with 1,000 faces against 10,000 fingerprints and 200,000 stored records. Built-in 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and a backup battery rated for two to four hours mean a load-shedding slot does not cost you the day's data.
Key benefits
- Dual relay outputs and Wiegand in/out let it drive a door directly.
- Compact body fits narrow doorways where a full-size face terminal will not.
- 10,000 fingerprint templates give depth even though face capacity is 1,000.
- 200,000 log records reduce how often data has to be pulled off.
- Built-in 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi removes the need for a dedicated network drop.
- Voice prompts and multi-language support ease enrolment for mixed staff.
Where it works well
- Narrow doorway or corridor where a large terminal will not fit
- Small office running door release and attendance from one unit
- Retail back-office door inside a Lahore shopping plaza
- Clinic reception needing face entry for a limited staff list
- Server room door requiring a second credential beyond a key

Frequently asked questions
How many faces can it actually store?
Face capacity is 1,000 users, while fingerprint capacity runs to 10,000. That gap is the deciding factor: if your entire workforce must enrol by face and you have more than a thousand people, this is the wrong unit. For a small to mid-sized site, or where face is offered to a subset and fingerprint to everyone else, the split works well.
Can it control the door on its own, or do we need a separate controller?
It has a dual relay interface plus Wiegand input and output, and lists door control and alarm support, so in many installations it drives the lock directly. Whether you still need a controller depends on the lock type, whether you want an exit button and break-glass, and any fire alarm interlock your building requires. We work that out on site.
Does it need a wired network connection?
No, built-in 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is standard, alongside TCP/IP and USB host and slave. That makes it practical for a door where pulling a data cable would mean cutting through finished walls. Wired TCP/IP is still the more stable option where the run is easy.
What is the pricing?
We do not publish figures because stock and import costs shift. Message us on WhatsApp with the number of doors and users and we will confirm current pricing along with what mounting and lock hardware the job needs.
