About the SecurePad - Outdoor Video Access Control Terminal
SecurePad is a door terminal rather than a camera you simply hang on a wall. It reads faces, 13.56MHz and 125KHz cards, PINs or app requests, and holds a database of up to 10,000 users, so it fits offices and gated homes that need to control who opens the gate. The 1/2.8-inch CMOS with 120dB WDR and a 170° diagonal view handles harsh backlight at an entrance. Understand before ordering that it must be wired to an electric lock, exit button and door contact to be useful.
Key benefits
- Face, card, PIN, app and indoor station entry give several unlock methods on one unit
- Stores up to 10,000 users, enough for a full office floor or society block
- 120dB WDR with defog and backlight compensation copes with a sunlit entrance
- IP67 sealing with IK04 protection, so it can sit on an outer gate wall
- Runs on PoE or DC12V and connects over Ethernet or Wi-Fi
- Mask detection and duress alarm support give options beyond simple open-close access
Where it works well
- Main gate of an office floor in Gulberg
- Staff entrance at a Kot Lakhpat manufacturing unit
- Outer gate of a house in DHA Phase 6
- Reception door of a clinic on Ferozepur Road
- Shared entrance of an apartment block in Askari

Frequently asked questions
Is this a CCTV camera or an access control device?
Primarily access control with a camera built in. It captures and compares faces, shows live preview on its 3.5-inch IPS screen, and supports ONVIF and P2P for remote monitoring, but its real job is deciding who gets the door open. Most buyers run it alongside a separate recorder for general surveillance.
What else do I need to install it?
An electric lock suited to your gate, an exit button inside, and normally a door contact and power supply. The terminal carries the alarm inputs and outputs to drive these, but that hardware is separate. Send photos of your gate on WhatsApp and we will list what your particular door needs.
Which cards does it accept?
It reads IC cards at 13.56MHz and EM cards at 125KHz, which covers most office cards and tags in common use. If cards are already issued at your site, tell us the type before ordering so compatibility can be confirmed.
Does it still work if the internet goes down?
Face, card and PIN entry are handled on the terminal itself, so local access continues without internet. What is lost is remote app access and remote monitoring until the connection returns. Recording to the micro-SD card, up to 256GB, is also local.
Will it survive Lahore weather on an outside wall?
It carries IP67 sealing against dust and water plus IK04 impact protection, which covers ordinary rain and dust exposure. Even so, we prefer to mount terminals under a small shade or in a recess so direct summer sun stays off the screen and lens.
